3. KKR & Co. Inc. to Acquire OSTTRA Group Ltd Value: $3.10 Billion Industry: Financial Services KKR has entered into an agreement to acquire OSTTRA Group Ltd, a leading provider of post-trade solutions. The deal is aimed at enhancing KKR’s financial technology and risk management offerings.

4. Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited to Acquire Abbot Point Port Holdings Pte. Ltd. Value: $2.54 Billion Industry: Infrastructure Adani Ports is set to acquire Abbot Point Port Holdings, expanding its global port infrastructure and logistics footprint.

5. Kodiak Robotics, Inc. to Acquire Ares Acquisition Corporation II Value: $2.50 Billion Industry: Technology/Automotive Kodiak Robotics, a leader in autonomous trucking, is acquiring Ares Acquisition Corporation II. This transaction is expected to accelerate Kodiak’s growth in next-generation logistics and transportation.

AMD to Sell ZT Systems’ Server-Manufacturing Business to Sanmina Value: $3 Billion (recently reported, but note: some sources list this as a May 2025 deal) Industry: Technology AMD has agreed to sell its server-manufacturing business, ZT Systems, to Sanmina Corporation in a transaction valued at approximately $3 billion.
